At Bunny Wear, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility Criteria
Returns are accepted only if the issue is due to an error from our side, such as:
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size sent (different from the order placed)
- Damaged or defective item received
⚠️ A CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY FOR ALL RETURN REQUESTS.
Customers must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package and continuing through the opening of the product.
The video must clearly show the shipping label, package condition, and the issue with the product.
Returns or refund requests submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- A complete unboxing video
Once verified and approved, we will arrange the return and provide a replacement or refund.
Exchange Options
Exchanges are only allowed in cases where the mistake is from our side.
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the correct product at no additional cost.
We do not offer exchanges for size selection mistakes or change of mind.
Customer Mistakes
If the return request is due to a mistake made by the customer (such as selecting the wrong size or providing an incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Approval of such returns is at our sole discretion.
Refund Process and Timing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products without a proper unboxing video
- Used, washed, or worn items
- Products returned without original packaging and tags
- Requests made after 2 days of delivery
- Items purchased during special clearance or final sale (if applicable)
Bunny Wear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
